MyTherapy is a tool whose aim is to remind users which pills they need to take daily, as well as the diets and activities they must do to stay healthy.
The way that MyTherapy works is very simple: all you need to do is enter your age and gender. Then, from the main menu, you can add the pills you need to take, the diets you need to follow, or the activities you need to do. So, in the pill section, you can scan your medication's barcode, or simply search its name. Then, you will need to put in how many pills you need to take and at what time(s), as well as the number of pills that are left (so the app can remind you when you need to go and buy more). In the check-up section, you can find suggestions like checking your blood pressure, going to therapy or calling your doctor. Lastly, in the activity section, you can add activities such as walking and their duration.
The app also lets you add appointment reminders, save your doctor's contact or even add friends and family to your profile. Once you have set up all your reminders and activities, the app will present them to you as a to-do list, so you can check if you have completed them.
MyTherapy is a good app for those who take medication and have to remember dosage, amounts and names that are hard to remember. Thanks to this tool, taking your medication and looking after your health is that little bit easier.
